Vici is the best sales rep I have ever worked with, irrespective of the industry. With very long order wait times, he helped us get a car months before our estimated order delivery. Unlike other dealerships which we contacted, he really followed up, contacted us regularly with updates and finally found us a car. It was a Rollercoaster at times, but Vici and Morong Falmouth were very flexible and accommodating. Definitely worth the trip out of state:) we are very happy with our brand new 2023 ID.4!
