I had a great experience working with David McAloose to purchase our Q7. He was very easy to work with, responsive, informative, and helpful. I'd happily give them my business again. I knew what I wanted, and we hashed out most of the deal without setting foot in the dealer (I didn't live close by). The sale was painless and we're very satisfied customers. I'd recommend David and Rochester Audi to anyone.

We were greeted by Jessica who from the start was attentive and patiently answered each and every question without any sales pressure. One of the best qualities to Jessica's credit is after the sale. There was follow up paper work that Jessica followed to its conclusion. This is possibly the worst car dealership. They are clueless , unprofessional and incompetent. I do not know how Chris is still the manager for this establishment. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau and corporate. My husband bought our car here for service . They could not fix the problem and created a bigger issue leaving our car unable to start . Their reply after screwing up the car was what address to have our car towed to?! The absolute worst dealership I have ever encountered. It's a shame Porsche hires such incompetent staff . We have lost all confidence and faith with this Porsche location . We will never ever do business with them again ! Beware and stay away from this location .

I had been looking both private party and through Porsche Approved CPO, website for Cayenne's, across the USA. Actually drove one for sale by private party in California while there on business. However in my internet search on the Porsche Approved CPO site found the one with just the right equipment great mileage, fantastic condition, and a fair price. The team at Porsche Larchmont could not have been nicer, courteous, or more helpful. Being from out of state that was more than a person could hope for.
