Jeff was very enthusiastic and very familiar with the vehicle and showed me multiple different specs. Overall I will definitely use Jeff again next time I am looking for a vehicle.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I brought my 992 Turbo S here for a broken driver's side window glass. Adam Elwood was my service writer and he was above and beyond helpful. Where Porsche of San Antonio couldn't help me till 4 months from now, he understood and worked me in immediately. James Purpura the Service Manager was equally outstanding in helping me on this warranty claim. Top notch people! I live in New Braunfels, 80 miles from this dealership, but they are now my go-to dealer. It's people like Adam and James that make this a fantastic dealership, and I will be back for service, and when the time comes, for another Porsche. Thank You so very much! Jess Johnson

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a "CPO" 2014 CarreraS from this dealer. Car was delivered to me in POOR shape and certainly not in CPO condition. Car was delivered with check engine light. This was noted on the delivery bill of sale from the transport company I hired. I had the car fixed at a dealer in PA (where I live.) The car needed over $6,000 in repairs to get the car in CPO shape which was a fight from the Porsche of San Antonio to cover these cost. The car was sold to me as a CPO which they do NOT argue, however PORSCHE system does not reflect that. The car is now back in for repairs that would be covered under Porsche CPO but now Porsche of San Antonio refuse to cover the cost. The GSM, Doug has no follow up and poor customer service. DO NOT do business with this dealership.

They had an event going on, on the paper it showed I had won $2500 cash instantly took the day off work drove 2hrs, spent another 1hr and half with Mathew, to only recieve $5 McDonald's gift card, a complete waste of time, not a good way to run a business if you're wanting to sell vehicles or grow in general. Poor marketing decisions
