Reading through other reviews, and I agree with the fact they played some games with online pricing but this is not surprising in a sales environment. Anyway, Ed helped us out and everyone we encountered through the process was great. I highly recommend dropping by to talk to these guys. This was our first Jeep purchase here, we’ve purchased before from another dealer in the area but went out of the way to come here. Go see Ed, great guy!

We purchased a used 2017, Jeep Cherokee Latitude, I simply love this vehicle, our sales people Roger, and Angie were very helpful and knowledgeable. By explaining instruments in the vehicle I had no clue about. In a minimum of 2 hours we were driving vehicle home. I highly recommend Glockner, and these two sales people. I am a very satisfied customer!! And when needing a vehicle again, I will be back.

After my car broke down and needed an alternator I called different places and was from one week to 2 weeks before they could look at it. I depend on my only vehicle so I had it towed to Steve Jones on a Wednesday. They said it might be Friday or Monday before they could look at it. Still better than I had been told. To my suprise they called me the next day, told me what was wrong and said they would have it done on Friday. They did and it was a very fair price for what they had to do. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are honest and fast at repairing vehicles. Would use them again no problem.

Saw a really good price advertised via the web on Jeep Gladiator. I reached out and got a call back from Daniel Deatherage. I live in Tennessee and he walked me through how the deal would work being out of state. Daniel and the team at Big M were transparent and very honest with me and worked to get my business. They worked the deal different ways to see which would be the best way for me with a trade in as well. I had dealt with a couple of dealerships in the Nashville area and felt they were both just trying to take as much of my money as they could. Never felt that way with Daniel and Big M team. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and I have bought over a dozen vehicles. I would highly recommend Daniel and the Big M team if you want to be treated properly. The best thing I can say is I will be back when time comes to buy my next vehicle.
