I came to the Gastonia CDJR dealership upset this morning about the dead battery on my 2019 Subaru Accent. I mistakenly thought that it was covered under the extended warranty I purchase but it was not. I truly truly appreciate the help from Gary in service, James in finance, and especially the main manager Jason(i believe was his name)!. I was handled with respect, compassion and above all professionalism. The manager took the time to sit with me and explain the entire process until I understood ...this made me very emotional because as it turns out I was actually in the wrong, which he knew from the beginning. Thank you to the entire CDJR team and especially to that manager. I will be a forever customer after today.
