Five Stars for South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. If you are in the market for a vehicle, please do yourself a favor and check these guys out. April, the Sales Mgr. and Fred, my Salesman, should be teaching courses on making car buying a pleasurable experience. Instead, they ensured I received top value on my trade and beat the competitors' pricing on my new vehicle. Steve, the Finance guru, shopped all the lenders for the best rate. He said he would continue looking for a better rate after I took delivery. He did just that. The day after delivery, Steve called and asked me to come back because he had found a better deal. I doubt if there is another dealership in America with a better sales team than South Strand Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. Great customer service! I have a Jeep eco diesel, and for those of you who know there have been many recalls on the emissions. Recalls have created unwanted performance in the vehicle and problems with the DPF, a filter that’s supposed to clear when regenerating. I was on verge of Limp mode when I pulled in with no appointment. Their service rep took me in even though they had a full service schedule. Got me a loaner car immediately! Kept in touch with me, updating status, concerns, remedies. Very appreciative on their communication and understanding my issues with eco diesel. We got everything taken care of in 1.5 days and I have my Jeep back, problems for now fixed!

I’ve worked for addy’s since 2018. They’re a great employer, and of very few dealerships that won’t sell a vehicle they can’t stand behind. They have restrictions on any pre owned vehicle they sell, and if it doesn’t pass a very Thorough inspection, they won’t sell it. My family has used their service dept for years before I was employed and they were always great.

Testar lifted truck buyer beware. The work from Tecstar is poorly executed and when problems arise expect to be left struggling looking for resolution. Tecstar is not to be trusted. Dead end promises is all you will get. I am not commenting on this dealership but warning anyone who is considering a lifted Tecstar truck to be certain you are not getting a fully warrantied new track as you would expect when buying new.

Service Department Review: they had me bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in at 8:30am. I received a call at 5:00pm that a tech was now looking at it and they would call me in the morning with a quote. I’m a full time volunteer who delivers meals to those who would be otherwise unable to receive sustenance. I also volunteer at our local food bank. Having my Jeep just sit around until they seem fit to analyze it is unacceptable. So, once they give me their magical price tag, how long before they actually work on the repair? The importance of my vehicle is more than they obviously can imagine. Very VERY disappointed in the way I have been put on the back burner. Shame on you Big O, shame on you!

Went to the Honda side of the dealership on Wednesday and purchased a used GMC pick up. When I got home I found that someone had drilled 4 two inch holes in the bed apparently for a hitch. No one at the dealership mentioned this. I went back to the dealership on Saturday and voiced my opinion and said that they should make it right. I was sent to the Ram side of the dealership and was told to talk to Lance. When I spoke to Lance I found that Piedmont actually does care about their customers. I left the dealership with a 2021 Ram 1500 Limited and was very pleased how Lance and the salesman (Mark) handled my problem. I will send multiple customers their way!

Will never purchase here again. I bought a RAM Limited. I was misled about the condition of the vehicle. It was supposed to be new, but the under carriage had been damaged on the lot, the air suspension system had been replaced, and there were paint defects from the factory that were not pointed out. I try to tell everyone I see about the level of service I received. I think they are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with, which is sad.

Will not purchase a Car, Truck, SUV, Van, Moped, or Bicycle from here. We were lied to by staff regarding sales figures multiple times. This was not a pleasant experience, and will definitely not go back.
