Amazing service, the two gentlemen who helped me were kind and courteous. He had everything lined up for me so that all I had to do was walk in and get my car. Would 100% recommend.

Dean Haute, a service manager, at Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile is "my go to guy" when I take 2004 Saturn in for service. I came into ownership of this vehicle, I think in 2010 or 2011. That's when I met Dean Haute. I purchased the vehicle for my work, and the service record/contract was already established with Joe Bullard, and wanted to keep it that way. They have assisted me in keeping my Saturn maintained. I brought my Saturn in for AC repairs in 2012, Dean was on vacation {service was completed to my satisfaction} but the disappointment when I arrived and discovered Dean was not there. Now that I have Dean's direct contact number, I just call him to set my appointment. Dean is awesome, and for what it's worth, I rate Dean Haute; and, Joe Bullard Saturn Service at the top of the list. It's like - I have my very own - my personal - mechanic. Thanks Dean! Every time I took my car in they messed up/damaged... - JAllhands

Every time I took my car in they messed up/damaged something else and were argumentative about it. Replacing seat cushion they damaged B pillar and then argued about it. When they agreed to replace the B pillar didn't order the part for three weeks. The drivers seat also had rocking motion to it when I got it back that they did not address for over a month. They refused to fix rear defrost even when I showed them a picture of it not functioning. They said it was getting current so it must be working - despite a picture showing only half of it worked. They never provided me with a courtesy vehicle and since it is a GM Certified Used vehicle I am suppose to get one. The service Manager even took the liberty of telling me I "look mean". After terrible Customer Service that I was told "happens all the time" he had the audacity to say "xxxx you look mean".

This happened to us today! 7:45 AM - Waiting for them to... - zhorgoth

This happened to us today! 7:45 AM - Waiting for them to open the gate for service (apparently there's NO night drop off service here, even though they have a box for it!) 8:04 AM - Gate finally is opened, and cars line up for service center. There are SIX of us. At least four said they had 8 AM appointments, and ours was an emergency repair (cannot put car in park, reverse, or get the key out because of that). 8:32 AM - The counter man finally gets TO us (fourth once one left because she got tired of waiting) and takes down information. We leave car and keys with him. 10:46 AM - We get a call from the service department saying car would be ready in a half hour, but we were already out of town. Told him we would pick up car just before closing, and verified that the time would be 6:30PM. 5:58 PM - We arrive at the Saturn dealership, the building is dark, and there are three people in the parking lot. The salesman locks the gate in our face. John spends several minutes talking with him. The salesman SUPPOSEDLY tries to call his boss, using John's cell phone, but there's no record of the call, so either he didn't call or he erased the number he called. Says he'll call us back. Approximately 7:00 PM - We call the customer relations center to complain. The lady is NOT helpful, although very "apologetic". She supposedly cannot get ahold of anyone, unless the dealership is open. (This is Saturday night, a holiday weekend, and they're NOT trying to sell as many cars as they can??) So, they have to go back home tomorrow. How are they supposed to do that?? According to the phone Customer Service rep they can get someone to call us on Tuesday due to the holiday. We have to be back to work 500 miles away by Monday, with no resolution offered until Tuesday.
