This was the worse experience we have ever had in our lives. Don't waste your time with managers either... their employees get their bad attitudes from them. Stay far far far away from this dealership for anything car related. Service was awful from trying to fix my old vehicle to buying a used car on their lot. STAY AWAY

We bought a car at this dealership and several days later has issues w/it. We were told to bring the car in and they would take care of it. When I got there they tried to charge me much more than any other repair shop later told me the repair actually would cost any where else. When I called to discuss the situation the manager hung up on me! Do not buy a car from this dealership!

I have bought 2 used cars from them at very competitive prices. They have taken care of any problems until I was satisfied. They even went so far as to send the car to a competing dealer for repairs.

Bought a lemon. They knowingly sold me a used 2003 Vue in 2005 with a faulty transmission. The salesperson said, "oh by the way, although extremely unlikely, there was a problem with the VTI transmission in the design. If anything ever happens, it's taken care of. Saturn engineers have figured out a fix and it's a one time thing." I was a fool for not running but I believed them. It just let go for the third time and this time they say I'll owe $2900. This is 20k miles after the third transmission(which they paid for). They stated at the time, "it's noted in the system, if it happens again, it'll be taken care of."

We had a good experience, bought a 3 year old used wagon which fit our needs perfectly. There were several minor problems, but they were quickly and efficiently taken care of. The car has performed well with no additional problems. Oil changes and a minor recall were also handled well
