I'd like to give thanks to Alex Sprock and the team at Gold Rush for being so helpful to me in helping me (in Milwaukee) select and purchase a car for my son in (Truckee). Alex took my call, verified that the car I wanted to purchase was available and made it easy for my son to come in with his trade in, a check signed by me and drive away in his new Outback Onyx. I was pleased with the value given for the trade in and the ease of adding a couple of accessories to the order. Nice to know that you can do all this from a distance and still receive such good service. I really like my Subaru dealer here in Milwaukee (have bought 5 cars from them) and now and feeling really good about the folks at Gold Rush -- I bet they see me again. Thanks to all involved.

This has been by far my best experience with a dealership in years. I had been looking at several different cars from Toyota to Honda and Subaru. After visiting about 12 different dealerships, I landed here at Subaru Orange Coast. I was greeted immediately by Dino who was eager to help. He was just as excited to help me find a new car as I was to get one. Easy to talk to, very transparent and friendly tone. I ordered my Subaru Crosstrek 2023 in October and it was scheduled for Jan, luckily it got here much sooner than expected but Dino was always on time with ETA updates. The final steps were a breeze with the help of Dino by explaining very thoroughly and even answering questions I had before I asked them. He clearly knows what he is talking about. Very energetic, as a sales agent myself that is a huge plus because it makes the customer feel comfortable. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for any new car buyers, and especially recommend speaking with Dino. Thank you

John Minch sold us our Subaru Crosstrek and we couldn't be more pleased. He was very friendly and very honest. I asked him what this car is going to cost us out the door and he told me ...no down payment. We had to order our car. He was right. My car came in and his price was right. I did end up getting a warranty but that was my choice. He showed me how to use all the things my car came with on the inside and was very patient going over everything. I am now driving my new Subaru and couldn't be more pleased with the car and how everything went when purchasing my car.
