The car market can be volitile at times and it's frequently difficult to get the right car for you. I can say with confidence that Mike Shaw has really got you covered in that regard. On top of that their sales manager Cliff was very well-spoken and profesional. Throughout the process Cliff made it his personal mission to make sure all of my needs as the customer were more the met. Every question I had was answered clearly and concicley. Additionally it can't be under stated how profesional the finace department was as well. Randon that helped me get all the Fincaces in order explained everything in a clear manor without leaving out any pertinent details and ensured I never felt preasured into anything as the buyer. Thanks to the outstanding preformance of Cliff, Randon as well as the rest off the staff at Mike Shaw I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the place to make your purchase.

Like most dealers, they have NO cars to sell, due to supply issues. If people cannot buy a new car, they need to keep their old car, and have it serviced. Quit wasting $$ on commercials for cars you do not have to sell. Move employees from Sales where they are not needed, to Service representatives, where they are. It's not rocket science. Just try to call and you will know they are just as bad as all the rest. They don't even answer the phone.

Came in for Jeep Wave oil change and rotation. Gave me flack about rotating 37s because they are too heavy. It’s a dealership that sold me the 37s! They eventually rotated them but they made excuses at how heavy they were and their service manager in the business for 50 years is against rotating big tires. Maybe it’s time for him to retire? Go to another dealer to have work done. This dealership is awful.

Went in expecting the usual run-around and time-suck that is often the car-dealership experience. Was pleasantly surprised to find a direct, honest and up-front dealership whose sales management and sales persons didn't waste my time. To my surprise I was financed there at a lower rate than my Credit Union had pre-approved me at also! Shop knows how to care for my Subaru and I will def be going back when it's time for the next one.

First off I want to say the salesman was courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely non- pressuring. I took a star off of the rating because the dealership’s adds are misleading in that they actually don’t have the cars in stock that they advertise.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, all during the worst possible time to buy a car (no inventory and almost all dealerships charging $2,000-$7,000 over MSRP). Cook is one of the few dealerships that is not taking advantage of their customers during a difficult time, and are NOT charging over MSRP. As the salesmen and managers say, the integrity of the dealership is more important than making money off of a bad situation. My salesman David Wren was so helpful. He took as much time as I needed answering questions, and returned my calls promptly. Friendly, helpful, and honest are three words that describe him well. I was in the process of moving to Colorado from NJ and had to buy a new car, so most of the work with David was done over the phone and internet, but he treated me like I was a customer who was sitting right in front of him. He didn't pressure me to pay for things I didn't want, but made recommendations based on his experience with the climate in the area. David and his manager also honored a verbal agreement we had for a lower price on a package that I had requested, even though the dealership increased the price a few days after our verbal agreement. But the most remarkable thing about David was how concerned he was for me and my safety in driving out to Steamboat Springs to pick up the car. He made arrangements with his manager and the maintenance dept to get the car ready for pickup the same day it arrived, because the following day (when I was supposed to pick it up) had a forecast for bad weather. My bank couldn't get the wire through in time, so I had to drive in the bad weather. David had me call him when I arrived at a few key places so he could check the weather and make sure that it was still safe for me to head up over the mountain pass. David taking the time out to help me navigate the unique weather challenges of the area was priceless. Word of advice... if you are buying a car in winter and you don't live in the immediate area, don't arrange to drive up there if there is any bad weather forecasted, even if it's only 1-3 inches of snow. The manager, who handled the financial part, didn't pressure me in the least, and accepted my "no's" the first time I said them. He is friendly and respectful of his customers, and his respectful, pleasant attitude trickles down to his staff. I really appreciated the service that I got a Cook's. The bottle of Cook's Champagne was a nice touch.
