I've had great service, professional and friendly interactions with staff and I have consistently felt that both my car and I were in great hands at this dealership. In fact, a few months ago, my husband needed a different car, so we became a two-Subaru family, of course going back to McGrath, and even going back to the sales associate who sold me my Forester several years ago.

I ordered a Macan T from them. It took a few months to get in. My salesman kept giving me status updates which was nice. The day it arrived Troy called me and said it’s here! We set up a delivery date and and a few days later they pulled up with my car in a covered trailer with my car fully detailed. I live 2 hours away. We signed papers at my kitchen table, he showed me the car and paired the phone. An hour later and they left. I had to call Troy with a few questions after and he immediately answered. Awesome experience.

If possible I would give -5 stars 1 star is far too many. Don't bother unless you want to spend a lot of time in their lounge. 1 replacement Key cutting/programming 5 hrs 3 hours sitting in their lobby only to be told with a smile and a laugh that their $20,000.00 key cutter was unable to cut the key, even though they verified that it was a Genuine Subaru key while checking me in, no apologizies just some "if it weren't for bad luck,, joking attitude," I was then sent to a local locksmith who cut the key in less than 5 minutes. After getting back to the dealership and waiting in line to get my car checked with no recognition of the 3+ hours i had already been their, finally the Mr. "if it weren't for bad luck"... sees me and says we'll get right on it. 1.5 hours later i am finally brought to be checked out. I am then told by the service person who has been mishandling me all morning says "if you had ordered the key from us you wouldn't have had this issue..." That's when I realize this dealer was punishing me for not buying the key from them!!

Found a used Kia online and went to this dealership to check it out. Was greeted by Devin. He located the vehicle I was interested in, and we went on a test drive. He let me check the vehicle out good after the drive, and he even helped point out things the dealership had done to improve the vehicle. Devin answered all my questions, was honest and helpful. I'm still in the market, may need a little time to buy, but I will certainly be back here and hope I can buy a car from Devin. I would highly recommend him.

We went to order a NEW ASCENT November 2021. Bottom line, after we were told we were "forced" to get the $2800 clear coat exterior AND interior coatings, we drove 5 hours to Kentucky to a dealership who appreciated our business with no upcharges AND they offered twice as much for our current vehicle.
