Excellent experience from beginning to end. I ordered a new Subaru from Neil Huffman and took delivery in September. The whole team was fantastic and I could not recommend them enough. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a dealership. Definitely my first stop going forward.

We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when we had our warning lights come on. We pulled into Joseph Subaru, and they took excellent care of us. They diagnosed the issue, had the module sensor in stock, and had us on the road in a couple hours. Very friendly service.

Subaru isn’t the same in my mind due to their incredibly poor handling of this SOS button issue. My car arrived at Bachman 6 weeks ago. I got it yesterday! Wow. Just horrific. Will shop around next time. Maybe Subaru isn’t any better than the rest any more.
