My experience was horrible. Before going to purchase a 2022 Arteon, I asked multiple times about the price listed on cars.com being the actual price of the car. I was told multiple times..."yes." I took the following day off from work, I picked up my check from NFCU, I had my down payment, everything ready to go. I get to the dealership, I test drove the car and we started the paper work. Went as far as adding the car to my insurance. The salesman stepped away for a while and came back stating that there was an error and the price was actually over 10k more than what was posted on cars.com. After spending more than two hours at the dealership I left with nothing. It was a horrible experience. The manager didn't even come out to greet and or speak with me. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from this place. I got the same car from another dealership a few days later.
