My brand new Subaru doesn’t shift correctly and when I brought it in to get it looked at I was told there was nothing wrong and we couldn’t make it do it while driving there. But at times I am worried I won’t make it up hills or through intersections because it it either loses power or won’t shift going uphill. This problem still hasn’t been resolved.

I always have a great experience working with amazing, knowledgeable, professional Yvonne Vollman at White Bear Subaru. Anyway, my brother is a handyman but he just owned a Subaru Impreza car. I thought that he needed a bigger vehicle for all his tools. Since I am a loyal repeat customer of Yvonne, I decided to contact her for help to find my brother for a reliable used truck. When we arrived at the Subaru dealership today, Nov. 11, 2022, she showed us the good used trucks. My brother found the one that he wanted, so we decided to buy it. Yvonne is absolutely knowledgeable of their vehicles, and she only has our interest at top priority. The last step with the buying process was with another amazing Kayde Przbylski, the Finance Manager. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and patient. Everything was honestly explained to us. We truly had a remarkable top of the line customer service from Luther White Bear Subaru and thanks to Yvonne and Kayde!
