I was Working with Jerry and was ready to drop over $37000 on a Subaru Outback. Asked for the manager (I think his name was Dave) to come and speak to me about the processing fee. Jerry asked him 4 times to come and speak with me, but he refused. What kind of manager refuses to speak to customers? How unprofessional and completely arrogant! Why would I give my money to a company that allows a manager to act this way? No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere...

My daughter worked with Kurt to purchase the first Subaru that anyone in our family has ever owned. We started late on a Thursday afternoon and made the final decision on which vehicle to purchase and which dealership we would purchase through. Kurt is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My daughter ended up selecting a Subaru Forester and she couldn’t be more happy or proud of the selection she made. Finance was very easy to deal with and made that portion of the purchase experience very pleasant. No pressure to purchase an arms length of extras or options and accessories. Hands down, this is probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been involved in. Thanks Kurt!!
