My car had been stolen and when I met Gavin, he knew that I was not purchasing that day. I went to the dealer 3 additional times and EVERY time I went, Gavin was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. I never felt pressured and I'm very grateful for that. Gavin was amazing! We really enjoyed the Love my Suburu Encoré visit as well. EVERY question was answered and Brett even pointed out features that we didn't know we had. Fantastic experience!
