I had THE best experience purchasing a pre-owned certified Subaru at this dealership. Sam Spencer made the whole process easy, stress-free, and actually quite fun! Tara Mullins expertly walked me through the process of using the touch screen and even set up my clock and presets for the radio. Josh Cavalieri was very knowledgeable and helpful in steering me towards the right coverage without pressuring me. I felt like I was dealing with honest professionals, which was absolutely refreshing after the previous week's visit to another dealership (not a Subaru dealer) where I was scammed and mistreated. I would definitely buy another vehicle here and my friend who was with me is going back when he replaces his car. I felt so well taken car of. If you need a new car - run, don't walk. Best place!!

I would like to share what a wonderful experience it was buying a car from this dealer. Josh and Alex were the best. Not only did they help find the perfect car for me. Their help did not stop after I bought the car. Not sure how many times I called asking for help with some of the safety features in this car. The one that sticks out the most was getting gas. That should be easy and I’m sure they explained how. How ever twice I went to get gas and could not get the gas release to open. Both times I called the dealer and they walked me through how to do it. I never had a car that didn’t have a release button. The patiently told me what to do. Also going through the car wash for the first time they again helped me with what I needed to turn off. This dealers concern does not stop after you buy the car. They have been very helpful with all my concerns So if you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Ramsey Subaru. They are the best

Had an great experience last week. Went in just to finally test drive a 2019 Crosstrek and ended up buying it ! My salesman, Thaddeus made the entire process so easy, stress-free and actually quite fun. There was never a moment of pressure and he truly listened to me and offered great suggestions about moving forward in the process. He made my trade-in a breeze and has been always available and helpful for the handful of follow up questions I had once I got home. Nick, "the IT guy" took an enormous amount of time on the phone to help me better understand and correctly operate the many new technical amenities the car came with that were new to me. A very friendly and enthusiastic place to buy your next car. I highly recommend Subaru of Cherry Hill !

The two male staff in this store were extremely rude and non-professional with the intention to humiliate customers. They forced the customer to give a price for the trade-in car and then teased/humiliated the customer. I have been a loyal customer for Subaru for decades and have never experienced this in any other Subaru stores in the past. I feel so bad for the owner of this store and feel ashamed of Subaru Brand. With this terrible and humiliating experience, I will never ever recommend anyone to this store. I can not believe they can do business this way!!!!! God blessed!
