I was in contact with several car dealerships and with them the process just seemed difficult, complicated and it seemed like they weren't interested in selling a car. I came in to look at a car on a Saturday, right before closing. My sales person Jason made me feel welcomed immediately, and tossed me the keys to a new WRX to take for a spin. Knowing they were closing in minutes I told him I would make it a quick drive, but he told me to take it for as long as I needed to know if the car was right for me. When I got back it was closing time, but everyone was still so willing to answer all questions I had, and worked up numbers for me. I got to speak with Jason's manager, Joe, who was very politely. He presented me with the numbers and told me to take as much time as I needed to be sure it was the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jason or Joe. Unfortunately I ended up buying a different brand vehicle, but I will be sure to visit Jason at Beechmont Subaru if I ever am in the market for a Subaru again.

First of all, I would like to Thank Mr. George and Mr.David from Byers Airport Subaru (Columbus Ohio) for their great service and kindness. I bought a Subaru Forester 2021 for my wife in Dec 2021. This car is very comfortable, has a great room, pleasure to drive and visibility is superb. Car is very quiet and handling is awesome. Good investment as well. I have one problem - during heavy rain, I found my eyesight was not working while driving on the highway but it came back when I took the exit. So far I'm very happy with my first Subaru. I also ordered a Subaru Legacy 2022.

Thanks to express service advisor Jason Josephites my oil WASN'T overfilled for the first time in many oil changes at Serra. The first advisor actually tried to convince me that it's not a problem to overfill it! I said I don't want it overfilled, as I know this is not a good thing. Thankfully I was passed off to Jason who actually recognized the problems with overfill, and then took the initiative to only add 3.5 qts instead of the recommended 3.7 (to account for residual oil in the head that takes time to drain off) and after I let the car sit for a day and checking it cold, it was right on the money! First time EVER!!! Great job Jason, a very resourceful solution that should be implemented across all your express service departments! This would be better for your customers' cars and save around 5% in oil costs. Thanks Jason!

They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring - Junk

They blew up my Radio/Navagation on my 2018 Touring Edition. Then replaced it with a the wrong Radio/Navagation system. Then I had to drive around with the radio/Navagation systems squeaking every bump and dip in the road. Then I took the Vehicle in last month for them to tighten up the radio and I had the front end jerking all over the place. They tightened the radio and said they didn't hear any squeaks. They could not find anything wrong with my front end. I had to take the car to Firestone and they told me the lane assist was on because the certified xxxxxxat Adventure Subaru couldn't find anything wrong with my 2018 touring Outback. I finally took the Vehicle to another dealership to found out my stabilizers ends were bad and at 46000 miles the struts were shot. I asked them to test drive my Vehicle when I took it in for the front end jerking all over the road. All they did was put the Vehicle on a alignment machine and said every thing looks good here. Then my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. I went over there on Friday of that week and the service guy said sorry I did not get a chance to call you that my Vehicle was finished on a Tuesday. These people are dishonest and they did not treat my Outback like they're Vehicle. I called them to complain, I emailed them to complain then I finally went over there to talk to them about my Touring Outback they asked me to leave. The owner was too embarrassed to come out and talk to me. So I left and was home 40 minutes and the Sheriff showed up at my door wanting to know what was wrong. I told them my Horror story with Adventure Subaru and they said they know how dealers can be. I reported them to the BBB and Subaru of America. I can't believe they called the Sheriff on me. I should of called the Sheriff when they blew up my Radio/Navagation.
