I've got to say, I was NOT looking forward to car shopping. In fact I put it off as long as I possibly could. But I was fortunate enough to meet Chad Emerson when I arrived at the dealership and he quickly changed my attitude. He made me comfortable right away. Not pushy at all and I didn't feel like his pleasant attitude was a just a put on to sell a car. He was patient with my indecision and he had the knowledge that helped me make one that I am thrilled with. He made the whole process actually enjoyable. That's a first. In fact, everyone that I dealt with at this dealership was very nice and easy to deal with. I was really impressed and I highly recommend it. If you're car shopping, this is a great place to start. And if you really hate car shopping, just ask for Chad.

We bought our car August 2022, it took a month and 1/2 to get paperwork to get a tag and now I am dealing with the sales tax they added to my financing, and what I was actually charged. They charged me 1016.00 in sales tax but only reimbursed me 690.00, and no one at this dealership answers their phones.
