I had a really great experience purchasing a new Outback from Subaru of Georgetown. I enjoyed the whole process thanks to Stephan Ihab Reda, he was super supportive and very quick to respond. I was moving from CA to Austin and trying to secure a mid size SUV before the move so all the deals were done online. I've contacted over 15 dealers including non Subaru dealerships that offer the mid size SUV within our budget (even close to Houston area) and I'm very happy with my choice. On top of the smooth process, Stephan was very honest with me and there was no surprise when I got to the dealership. I rarely write a review but want to share the great experience with Stephan at Subaru of Georgetown!

I called today at around 4:40pm to tell the my service advisor that my wiper was missing after I came to Subaru dominion for service. I spoke to a lady who very unprofessional. After asking for the service advisor she was distracted to listen me say my phone number. I had to repeat it three times. Then she hung up the phone on me. I had to call back, and again ask for the advisor and she said she was busy. I then asked to speak to some one else that higher than her or some one in charge. She said no one is there and she would message them to call me in 24 hours. This is not acceptable service. I have a wiper that’s missing the way I found out is that it was raining and the arm of the wiper scratched my glass. I want to go by and get one. The person who answered the phone was not sympathetic to my needs or cared of your Reputation. Please call me Like Response from the owner a day ago Hi George, thanks for reaching out to us. We work hard to provide each of our clients with the best automotive experience, but it sounds like we really let you down. If you would be willing, we would like to try and turn your experience around. Turns out mr Sanderson no longer works there and it was an automatic reply. 3 days past and no one has called me or cared. I went over there and to some one to give them the last chance to repair the problem. The person who was supposed to be in charge of service was picking up her kids and was not available at 8:30 when I got there. So they call another advisor. She was nice but at the end I asked why no one has called since Friday, here it is Tuesday, she said they were too busy to help, care or bother with customers with complaints.

He clearly cares about the customer, he shows a sense of pride in the product , Mark gave a comprehensive overview of the vehicle so we could make an intelligent decision on what model Subaru to buy . I understand he has been at your dealership less than 9 months, but he shows a willingness to succeed at your dealership, and I feel you are very fortunate to have him. I have and will continue to recommend Mark and your dealership to my friends and acquaintances. The finance supervisor was very professional as well. He made the process smooth and quick. Other dealerships can make the whole process painful by having the customer endure pressure to by extra coverage they are not interested in. Scam artists and liars - Cheryl Feinberg

Brought my Subaru here for an EVAP issue. They replaced TWO AIR valves. The vehicle showed NO SIGNS of the air intake system needing repair and the engine code even said EVAP. $2100 and multiple lies from Emmanuel the service adviser, Dave the service manager, and Bart the GM and we are told $700 more to fix the initial problem because they deceived us. We will be looking into a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go else where. They are scam artists and liars!
