Carmen Oliver was our primary contact at the dealership after receiving information on a trade in/new car offer. While Carmen was finishing with a prior commitment Richard showed us the new '23 Subaru Outback. He was able to point out features that were identical on the '18 model while emphasizing the upgrades in features with the newer model. We found him very responsive to our questions and concerns. Carmen walked us through the transfer of ownership after the car was inspected. She found a new model that will be ready for us in the following week with the treatments that had been requested. Final signatures were taken care of quietly off the main floor with a careful explanation of the car warranty by Andrew Cheney. This is one of several Subaru's we have purchased at Peninsula Subaru. We return to this dealership because of the excellent service we have experienced repeatedly with them.

Andrew made the experience exceptionally easy and comfortable. There are many Subaru dealerships in the area, and the cars speak for themselves. It’s the dealership and staff that make the difference. Andrew was knowledgeable about the car, there was no pressure. He listened to what I wanted and allowed me the time to see what works best for me. While I won’t be in the market anytime soon for a vehicle, I will refer my friends and family to him because of his excellent service. Thank you Andrew for helping me purchase my new Forester.

Since Kendall bought I’ve been 3 times for service. They wouldn’t make appointment so I went and sat in line for hours.second time was better but last time they said I should have called because now were “appointment preferred,” made an appointment and drove back, and was told an hour forty five minutes for an oil change. They did not wash or vacuum car and the charge was pretty high. I didn’t have my phone and technician insisted they called my name repeatedly - I went for a walk but was back 45 minutes sooner than given time, and was told my car wasn’t ready. Waited another hour and a half before technician insisted she called me repeatedly. I think she called my phone to sell me additional items. I won’t go back again

Great Customer service. This gal named Jessica Wiley in the service department was so nice and helpful to me when I brought my Impreza in for a small window repair. She took my car in right away and put me into a nice Crosstrek loaner car. Not too long after that I came back in with my brother and financed a new Subaru Crosstrek and trade my Impreza in. Got a great low interest rate on my new car and super friendly helpful staff.

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!

When I bought my car I was very happy for the sales person that helped me. Due to Covid he was not able to take me through the steps of all the bells and whistles and I had to do it on my own. Later I had to take it in for a scratch on the passenger door that was there when I bought. They were very good about getting me in to get it done. When I got there it seemed like the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. I was told to go to the Chevy side of the road and someone would help me. I did that and they sent me over to the Subaru dealer. The Subaru dealer sent me back over to the Chevy dealership. Waited for about 20 min. for someone to figure out what was going on. I was also told that it would take 4 hours to fix, so I left the car over night. When I went back to pick it up it was the same thing all over again.

Showed up to Cascade Subaru by mistake, that was the best thing to happen. My husband and I met geoff. Geoff who was very helpful and willing to take time to talk with us about what kind of car we wanted; and help us find something in our price range. He was willing to help us out anyway he could, to help us get our first car.

I met with Evan Bates the GM and Brian the service manager at McCurley Subaru today and we were able to come up with a productive solution to fix my car. Both the service manager and the GM were understanding and wanting to make things right going forward. I am optimistic that we are on the right path with fixing my vehicle. Overall, I had a good experience with the McCurley Subaru. With what I experienced today, I highly recommend doing business with them.

I've bought the last 7 cars in our family and I truly hate being jerked around by any dealership that refuses to deal with a woman, (just CAN'T accept the fair price offered) but will make the EXACT same deal to the penny that I try to make if it comes from my husband. They also inflated title and registration numbers by over $250 to make the deal on the sale - even when questioned if they were accurate figures. Then once we agreed on the 'out the door price', they took the excess money they'd quoted and moved it from the fees and added it to the purchase price of the car on the paperwork! We scheduled an appointment to pick up the car a day in advance. When we got there, we were the ONLY customers, and none came in while we waited. We still waited over 1.5 hours to get our purchase finalized. It was such a waste of our time.
