Horrible customer service. I bought a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi from them, and although the car itself is a fantastic value, it is not the AWD car that I was told it was, and I didn't even realize the mistake until I took it in to have the AWD serviced. Guess what? No AWD to service! The sales manager, Mike, literally laughed at me when I told him, and after several weeks of careful thought, he got back to me with an absolutely wonderful offer. Basically, I would get a new car that is missing my leather (they'll give me cloth), my sunroof (won't have that anymore), my automatic CVT, and my Rockford Fosgate sound system. Further, my monthly payment would go up like 10%, but hey, I would have my AWD. Great customer service from this dealership. Yeah. Right. I refused that deal and said to give me my money back, and they can have their car back, and I will go elsewhere. More laughter. That's where we stand. Nashua Suzuki in a nutshell.
