This is the latest of several Toyotas I have purchased over a couple of decades, and every one, but one, has been purchased at Sunny King Toyota. The reason for that is that this store and its management and staff are truly customer focused. Their motto: "The Customer is King", is, in fact, the store's ethos. This was the easiest, best car buying experience of my life. The salesperson Dennita was incredible. She really went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure all my questions were answered and that the car was exactly what I wanted. While I was waiting on it to be detailed, she sent me pictures and communicated with me. I had a question and she immediately had me on FaceTime addressing my concern. After the sale she sent me an email making sure I was happy with everything. She has a customer for life now. The sales manager and general manager were absolutely incredible. The easiest negotiation I have ever done. This was a zero stress sale for me. No running back and forth playing games, just a fair price for a great car. The price was in the middle of the Kelly blue book value. They could have sold the car for way more, considering everyone else had their 4Runners at $5,000 above high retail kbb. I was at the gas station where I met the owner of the dealership and he wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Absolutely I am happy with you for providing the best experience ever buying a car. I will ONLY buy from you now.

We live in FL and our vehicle broke down near this dealership, however the tow company was unable to get the vehicle to the dealership before closing time, yet the service and attention that we received from both Miles and Keith in your service department was beyond outstanding. They took ownership of our situation and did everything in their power to assist us with the utmost respect and professionalism. They really made us feel like they truly cared about our situation and were willing, and happy to help. I am glad we were fortunate enough to have their assistance. After buying our new car, it's took two months almost and still no paperwork sent to get our tag. They keep calling saying their bank needs "more info" after we already turned our income in, and a $10,000 down payment. I have had to hire an attorney to handle this nonsense with this dealership! Do not purchase from this place unless you want a never ending headache!!
