Nathan Allen, Uriel Garcia, and Roddy Awawdah were amazing. I am a single female and was hesitant to come in by myself thinking that I would be taken advantage of. Nathan Allen assured me that he would help me get everything that I wanted and delivered! Uriel Garcia sat down and explained the entire process with me and Roddy in finance was calm, collected and super on top of it. These guys made the process seamless. I have brought cars from other Toyota dealerships but this experience was one of a kind. Go see them, they will not disappoint. They are honest and show integrity. They live up to the Toyota name. I ordered a Sienna Platinum in May & Earnhardt Toyota CHANGED my order to their 25 Anniversary Sienna in November. I HATE IT!! It doesn't have all the perks that where on the Platinum that I wanted & they don't care. THEY changed the contract & 4 days after getting this car, I told them I didn't want it. They ignored me. You can't trust Earnhardt to deliver what you order. What do I do now? I am current stuck with a car that cost almost $70,000 that I hate, but they have their money and don't give a darn!

We rate our salesman Oran Payne as a 5 star, as he is working on trying to get us an owners manual from the dealer, as we have no idea all the bells and whistles this car has without an owners manual. The Findlay Toyota Team is an awesome dealership to purchase a car new or pre owned. They are a good group to work with. They put the customers first. We would definitely go thru them again. Unfortunately, on 11-16-22, a negative review on the dealership was submitted today but was done in error. This review should be voided since the dealership/sales people did nothing wrong and were in fact, accurate in their figures. If the dealership would like to totally delete the 11-16-22 review, they have my permission. I would recommend perspective buyers visit Toyota of Surprise if considering a vehicle purchase. Now giving a 5-star rating.

POOR SERVICE - Trucker

The service department is a joke . I had my engine light come on after changing the battery and getting a oil change at someone other then Toyota . They told me because I didn't use Toyota motor oil thats why the light came on. So I had them change the oil to Toyota oil. They turned off the light and charged me to do that also. The light came back on before I even got home. I took it back and told them about the oil thing and they looked at me like I was nuts,. I showed them the work order that show that. Then they said we will have to take you motor apart . I said you guys don't know what your doing and you not touching it again. Took it to ford and traded it in . Don't go to Tim's Toyota if you want good service.

Don't visit their service department. They returned my vehicle back to me in a unsafe manner with a gouge in my front brake rotor and other issues that weren't presented to us by Hector the service advisor. Major issues such as brake failure due to a rotor that they gouged and bad radiator hoses in which I would have replaced. I drive this van cross country every year and would not have refused this service as so. Talked to the disservice manager today and got absolutely nothing for their shoddy work. I had to take my van to another Toyota dealership to correct the issues, awaiting on reimbursement, if any.

The staff was very helpful & courteous especially Jay Johnson. Between Keith, Jay & Enrique they were always on top of everything. They were polite and made sure that you were their main concern. They answered all of your questions. If I could I would give Anderson Toyota, Lake Havasu, AZ a 10 star rating!
