My 83 year old father had an appointment for 11:45 for routine maintenance and check engine light on on his 2016 Toyota. He waited without access to food, shuttle or courtesy car until 4 pm. If you make an appointment and can’t honor your customers time, short staffed or whatever crazy excuse you have to leave him stranded, you best reevaluate your system. He mentioned numerous time he was just discharged from the hospital 2 days prior, had difficulty waiting in your seating area, but you let him just sit uncomfortably in your waiting area. And to top it off, the stupid light is still on! What kind of circus are you running down there? Truly disheartening and unbelievable! Try another dealership for service, this group is understaffed, unfulfilled customer service and just lack compassion! You just took advantage of an elderly man who couldn’t speak up for himself.
