Hi! Cody Bowers sold me my Jeep Compass on 12/02/2022 and he was amazing from the start! He had a driver named Frank pick me up from my house and bring me to the dealership, great salesmanship! Frank was awesome! He was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during our ride with pleasant conversation. This review is coming from someone who doesn't know too much about cars, and I haven't had a car payment in nearly five years, so this was a big deal for me! Cody was very patient and answered every question I had to reassure me, as well as show me anything inside the car I didn't know how to operate. He rode with me in the car on my test drives which is something the other two dealerships I visited previously failed to do. I am extremely picky, and I couldn't be any happier with the customer service I received. After the sale, Cody called me the next day to follow up and still continued to answer any questions I was having. I highly recommend you go see Cody for your next vehicle!

I was a little leery about getting a new car because I have had some car buying experiences that were not so great in the past. I told Mike that I wanted something that was nice, but not brand new because I was on a budget as a single mom. He didn’t waste any time to start sending me all different kinds of options that he had available that he thought would be appropriate for my small family. When he sent me the information for a beautiful & clean Highlander that had come in on trade, I immediately knew it was the car for me! I came into the dealership and test drove it with him, I told him that I thought that was “the one” and he immediately went to work on securing it for me! He was extremely professional & made me feel very comfortable about my choice. He even had some toy cars on his desk that my daughter could occupy herself with while we did paperwork. It was the first time that I’ve bought a car that I never felt pressured (NOT ONCE!) and felt like a valued customer & person, not just a sale to add to his roster. I would 10/10 recommend him for your buying experience!

It was a very fast and easy experience to have an appointment scheduled. That was wonderful, especially given the last minute appointment. I was excited about the service experience given the ease of scheduling. However, after dropping off my car off at 11:00 am, I did not hear from the service department via phone or text. I called an hour before closing to see what happened. I was placed on hold for a good while and then informed my car was ready. I got to the service center a few minutes before closing. I got there but was not provided any information about anything related to my vehicle and felt rushed out because it was so close to closing time. This is not my regular service center and it was the first time at this service center. My experience was drastically different from what I am used to. I am accustomed to being well informed about the condition of my car, what I can expect at my next visit, and just being informed.

Ruben did an outstanding job to ensure that I get in and out quickly. I had family from out of town to attend my mom’s funeral; therefore the last thing I wanted to deal with it was repairs to my car. However, one of my tires had a leak and it had to be replaced ASAP. The whole ordeal was stressful but Ruben took care of the service quickly to alleviate an already stressful week due to my mom’s funeral. Again outstanding job!
