Went in for an oil change and started talking new Toyotas with Mark. Three weeks later we have a beautiful new Hilander. We got an excellent price for our 4Runner as a trade. Nobody in this market is giving away cars but those huge ad ons that we saw at other dealerships are not happening at Parker Toyota. I think it’s because Mr Parker wants customers that come back for the next car not just one car. While my 2012 Highlander was being serviced I was looking at other Highlanders on the lot and Bill asked if he could help me and I ended up buying a 2022 Highlander. Bill was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. Sam, the business manager, was very pleasant and had patience with me doing the paperwork. It was a very good experience! I walked in early on a Monday morning to be greeted by a front door sales person, "What do you want???" I wasn't very pleased with his tone of voice so I told him I needed to speak with someone in the financial department. "WHY?" he asked. I had to talk to someone about my warranty extension. He sent me off not caring to make sure I wasn't bugging him anymore. Needless to say I drove to Salt Lake City later to get my new car.
