Lexus of Rockford is one of the most professional Dealerships in Northern Illinois. They don't try to confuse you with numbers ($) and are straight forward and by the way, no stress. My salesman was Christian. He was never pushy at any time and was very helpful and sold me on the car right away. He also handed the keys to us and said drive it and let my wife and I take the car for a spin and never hovered over us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus or Toyota. I was happily taken away by the professionalism and kindness staff here had to offer. Dan and John were the people I interacted with the most, and both of them were honest and caring towards me buying my first car, and what options I had to offer them as far as financing. Initially, sitting down with Dan, I told him about my interest in a comparable car at another dealership. As it turned out, I had missed a bad detail in the other car's CarFax. Dan saved me a trip across the state just by double checking the CarFax with me. As discussion of interest rates progressed between us, it became clearer to Dan how serious I was about my finances and he asked his manager (Carl) about lower rates. Carl is a beast, he was busy phoning banks every time I caught glimpse of him and even during a time of inflation managed to get my interest lowered to be more affordable. Once transferred to financing with John Lee (who is incredibly smart and genuine by the way, watch out if you're also a talkative person) it was a relaxing road to setting up my payments. I felt safe figuring things out with him; helpful since I'm new to the game. John was perfectly clear about warranties, fine print, and legality. A firm handshake closed the deal. Highly recommend, especially these two individuals. My relative who accompanied me and is of high financial IQ was equally assured I got a good deal. Thank you for helping me buy my first car!

They don’t even honor their agreements when it comes to service and will charge you for regular maintenance items you are told would be covered in the contract. Will go to a different dealership in the future when ready to buy another car
