This is the second car that I have purchased through Heart City Toyota. Eric Miller has been great to work with and I have recommended him to many people. I feel like he is here to help and not just try and sell you a vehicle. Keeping the seller in mind. Has been a good experience and I plan to come in and buy another car from him (Eric) in the future. I would highly recommend buying a car from Heart City Toyota. I have only had good experience with this dealership in the last 5 years that I have buying cars from them.

I have worked with 3 different service advisors now, and am now convinced they are all good. Most recently it was Scott Goodson. They are good in every possible way. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by with dealer service departments nowadays. I have a direct comparison in this case with another large area dealership representing a domestic brand, and I will not return there. The other place had my vehicle for 2 weeks before even looking at it! Then when the did, they did minimal work and charged me a fortune. I did not feel like they cared about me or my vehicle. Tom Wood service however, I highly recommend. I’m not saying it’s cheap, but you at least know you’re in good hands.

It was all straightforward, no underhanded games were played, and I wasn’t pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Very smooth process and I felt like I was treated as a valued customer.

They don’t want to make a sale and was told they don’t have a quota so they don’t push sales. I tried to get into a SUV and had a set payment I wanted. Left then called to see what they can get me in and couldn’t get me anywhere close to what I wanted. Didn’t put any effort into trying to make a sale. Major waste of time and pulling of my credit to get no where with this place!!!!! Before hanging up I said I will go elsewhere if they couldn’t get me into something and he said “wish you luck” and I hung up. No TRYING at all. *****BEWARE don’t waste your time! My mom has always bought and leased and just RECENTLY leased a new Frontier off this dealership and she has now moved her business to Indy. Thanks Cronin Nissan for your poor effort! Word spreads by experience and ours was poor so that’s what we will tell people on social media and word of mouth. You should be ashamed of your sales department. Never seen anything like that.
