We couldn’t ask to work with anyone nicer and more accommodating than Brock Crouch and staff in finance and in the service area. They even provided a car while they worked on my husbands car. We truly appreciate this particular dealer. We live in another town but choose to do business at Toyota of Murray. Al & BLenda Chapman

Have never had to work so hard to get things done - BAHamlin

I got a car from them in late February and was very happy with how it went most of it. I had to have a new cover for the back of my trunk and had to keep calling back to get it. I was able to get it but it took me showing up at the dealership two times to get one. Then we had an issue with the temp tag running out. I called and the person in the dept that takes care of it said she has had it on her desk over 2 months and that she can not get the dealership to write the checks. I was told to come in and get a new temp tag which I did and was able to get my tags moved before they closed the doors. When I get the car I was told that they would get me a 2nd key fob for my car which was never done. I feel sorry for the people that worked at this place but now I have a car and I have no where I can take it for anything with out a cost.

We purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from Watermark. We are located in the Indianapolis area and Joe and the rest of the Watermark team did a fantastic job helping us evaluate the car from long distance. When we came to look at the car it was better than expected! We got a great price on the Pilot and a very good value on our trade in vehicle. Even better - when I got the Pilot back to Indy, I found a small issue that I had missed when reviewing the vehicle. A day later, Joe reached out to me from Watermark to see how the drive home went with the Pilot. When I told him about the problem I found, the immediate response was to take the vehicle to Honda, have it fixed, and Watermark would reimburse me for the cost. A few weeks later, all is fixed and Watermark covered the costs. We are beyond impressed with Watermark’s service and will look there first for our next vehicle!

Courtney went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and to walk me and my husband through the process of leasing for the first time. We got started right before closing but she stayed, was more than patient in answering our questions and even made sure I contacted her in the following few days to stop in so she could take the time to show me all if the details in the vehicle! Unlike some dealers who wanted to play games, Robert and the staff at Mann Toyota made the trade and purchase easy. I would recommend Mann Toyota and especially Robert Howell. Myron was very helpful explaining functions on our car.

Bait and switch artists. First, the dealer has had the vehicle that I found on their website today (4/30/16) since late January 2016, and they have no price listed on their website. So I call and talk to Angie, who tells me the price is 21,900. She tells me on the phone that it has a roof rack, which was confirmed by pictures on their website. When I got there after driving down from Lexington, she told me it was actually 22,900 because they just added the roof rack. I made an offer based on what she told me on the phone, but they would not negotiate because now it had a $1000 roof rack added. Buyer beware. UPDATE: The dealer has contacted me and accepted my offer. If they follow through I will return here and substantially change my review.
