I cannot say enough about Lexington Toyota. You can go to any Toyota dealership but your experience in Lexington will be above and beyond. My first contact was with Pam who pleasantly directed my call. You can always tell the culture of a company by their front desk staff and how they treat their customers. I was looking for a Toyota Cross that had been very hard to track down to test drive. I was directed to Tim who told me that he actually had one in stock. I made an appointment to check it out right away. When I went to test drive the car Tim greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. I fell in love with the car and ordered it. I was told it should be in about a month. True to his word it came in on time. In between that time Tim responded to all my emails in a timely manner. On the day of pickup Tim was there with a smile and excited for me to take possession of my car. He introduced me to Harley who walked me through my finances in a very friendly way. I had brought my dog with me and he was loved upon by the staff and Mary who kindly went back upstairs to her office to get him some treats. I was then directed to Nick whose job it was to walk me through all the details of my car. This in my opinion is no easy task because of all the new technology that is out there. He was patient and very informative. We had a few laughs. Lexington Toyota has what is called "a second look" where you can make an appointment after you have gotten the chance to familiarize yourself with your car for them to answer any questions you have in more detail. I hold customer service to be one of the most important parts of a company and how a company treats its employees. Lexington values both. From the people I directly came into contact with to the rest of the staff everyone seemed happy to be working there. I found everyone there friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Lexington Toyota is the gold standard and I would highly recommend them.

I wish I could give Ford of Greenfield 10 stars! I can hands down say Tim Sullivan is the BEST salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with! As a first-time car purchaser, I had a lot of questions throughout this process and Tim was so open and available the entire time. He went ABOVE and BEYOND keeping me in the loop about all the updates and process and even called me as my Ford Maverick was being driven off the delivery truck! With the news of the old school 4 Runner going away for a - Lakeshore Engineering

With the news of the old school 4 Runner going away for a newer revamped model I went into Ira Toyota about 6+ months ago and met with my sales consultant Justin. Justin and I hit it off instantly and he really listened to what I want (order). Justin turned his computer and went over all options and confirmation, and shows me the rough lead time-allocation. After we agreed to the build, estimated lead time and price I left…about 3 weeks later I get a follow up call from Justin saying nothings changed but wanted to keep me informed, wasn’t annoying or the typical sales call…we actually talked for 15-20 minutes and out of that 1 minute about the truck. After the first conversation, I got follow up calls through the acceptance of the order, order-build and finally it’s on a ship coming from Japan…the communication was much more expected and every call was the same, 1 minute or less about the truck; 15-20 about life… I couldn’t ask for a better, knowledgeable sales consultant that has the best communication and is a real person. Justin, looking forward to the new truck and many more to follow. Thank you for being you.

Sold me a 2009 Tacoma that's a total lemon. They claimed they did a 100-odd point inspection, yet within 1 year of buying it I've had to replace: the alternator, AC condenser, water pump, 6 coil packs, entire rack & pinion system, ABS actuator (a $2k part!), and fix an exhaust leak. Avoid this place like the freaking plague.
