I ordered a car on my 1st visit. I was introduced to the manager and salesman . Everyone was very helpful without being overbearing.. They returned my phone calls promptly. My car was delivered weeks prior to the delivery date and everything was how I ordered it. They went over the car with me and set up my phone et cetera. This was my 2nd purchase through them and wouldn't go anywhere else. I got more than I expected for my trade in.

Third vehicle purchase here in the past two years. This was exactly the Camry I had been looking for, low miles and certified. The car had some damage on the driver's side door, the salesman told me they would have it fixed and would have to get me a second key fob since certified cars have to come with two keys. While the dealer followed up with their promises, I wish these things had been addressed before it was put on the lot for sale. I had to bug them twice about getting the second key, but they did come through. I drove down there to get it and the service advisor squeezed me in on a Monday night to get the key cut and programmed. Super good service by the advisor and tech!

Bought a used vehicle for 12000. The very next day... The transmission was shot, the power steering hose needed to be replaced, the battery had to be replaced, wheel bearings needed replacing, dangerous to drive on slippery roads, swerves right to left......and on and on. They told me I could trade it back in but I would have lost $10,000. All this happened the next day or 2 months.

I have been leasing vehicles for many years through Toyota. At the end of the lease, I decided to finally purchase a new car of which I had put my order in in April. I fully expected to wait 4-6 months as I was told from the beginning with no guarantees of an actual date it would become available. George Czapiewski has been my go-to sales guy every time and this time went above and beyond for me. A car became available that was a little more than I was looking for, but he called me immediately and asked if I would be interested. My husband and I (mostly me) fell in love with it and could not be more happy with our purchase. This is my third vehicle with Rochester Toyota and everyone we have worked with through the years has been wonderful. Damaged vehicle. - Jodi

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
