We want to begin this review with the positives of the service department, we cant say enough about the excellent service from Allan Fexer, David Rowold and David Meier, we have taken our 2009 Toyota Camry for oil changes, tires and various other service, however, our most recent experience (where we paid over $3500.00 for repairs and had to take the car back a week later to fix a problem that should not have happened. Our vehicle was in the service department for over 3 weeks, with little no communication from our service worker, Tyler Nahnsen (his customer service was horrible) and we never received a call back from Service Manager James Buck (after leaving 3 messages) to discuss our concerns. Allan was amazing when we had to take our car back... THANK YOU Allan!!
Seeger has lost a loyal customer, we were so disappointed with how we were treated,! You need more people like Allan, David and David!!
