I've been in the market for a 4Runner for about 6 months, but the many dealers I called added ridiculous market adjustments, required dealer financing, or both. Then I called Ernst Toyota. They were fair, transparent, and straight-forward. Both Mike Backstrom (the sales manager) and Steve McClelland (my sales consultant) were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and great to work with. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and even gave me my Pro at MSRP. While they did present me with some add-ons, I didn't feel obligated or pressured to buy, which I greatly appreciated. Ernst Auto Group is, without question, the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. You've earned a customer for life!
