My wife and I bring our vehicles to this Service Consultant, Connor McCullough many times over and over again. Before hand, I’ve brought my wife’s vehicle in and bought new tires from Connor. A couple weeks later we noticed that the TPMS light was on. I brought it back to him and he advised it would be 300 bucks with installation. I confirmed to him to just go ahead and replace the faulty TMPS sensor. About 30 minutes after, he came out and gave me a bill. I looked at the bill and it said payment due of 0.00. This man, Connor looked at me and advised he took care of it. When I brought my vehicle to him, I advised I needed an oil change, and to add more coolant also. Connor called me back an hour later and told me I would be needing a new radiator. He advised new parts and radiators would come out to a total of 1600 bucks. He called me back later and advised he gave me the wrong price, the correct price would be about two grand but he advised he would still honor his original quote of 1600 bucks. I understand every dog gotta eat at the end of the day, but this man goes out of his ways to keep his word. You Sir, have restored faith in humanity. Your folks raised you right. May you’re life be nothing but happiness and smiles. I wanted to say Thank you.

I just purchased my 5th Toyota from Massey Toyota and just like the first 4 purchases it was a great experience. Deal was agreed to online and everything was completed with no problems at all. This was my second time I dealt with Terry Noble for myself and I just recently dealt with him in helping a friend purchase a new RAV4. Terry has been very helpful in these last two purchases and I’m sure I’ll be dealing with him again in a few years. Dealing with Earl and his sales team and and the service team over the last 12 years has been a real pleasure.

Second new car purchased from this dealer. No haggling or negotiations necessary. They offer a proposal which they honor without hidden fees or surprises later. Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

Good experience with sales staff. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied. Toyota finance did have the best interest rate, however their process for getting approval for Toyota credit requires them to run your credit 3 different times which results in 3 hard inquiries on your credit report. Not happy about that at all. If I buy another Toyota I will go through my local credit union.

After many months of research & test drives I decided on purchasing an XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid in July 2022. I visited Cloninger Toyota and met Gordon Robar and told him exactly what I wanted with no exceptions. Gordon was very open about the length of time that this particular vehicle would take for delivery. During the past 4 months Gordon and his lil sidekick sales associate, Brian Sheldon keep me in loop on this special vehicle order. The XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid arrived last week just like I ordered and I took delivery Monday 11/21/2022. I bought a 2022 Tundra the first part of 2022. We started having problems from the very beginning. The truck has been taken in for service three times. There has been three recalls and we continue to have brake issues. Three weeks ago we took it back to the dealership and was told they would help us to find another truck, not a word. We don’t feel safe driving this truck. It has been parked for three months. So given all of this, find a dealership that will work with you to resolve safety issues.

This place is great, their Toyota late model low mileage Camry selection is extensive and competitively priced. Their staff and purchase experience is fantastic. I am a senior, so I know I require a little more time and he was very patient with me. To top it off, he gave me a ride to pick my car back up.
