Went in on Saturday to take a look at the 4Runners Toyota of Bedford had in stock; with the shortage of chips I was expecting to be looking for the perfect one for a while. But to my pleasant surprise they had exactly what I was looking for (Black '22 SR5 Premium). After the test drive the negotiation process went well and with the shortage of cars we ended a reasonable price. My salesperson, Will was very sociable, attentive, and great to work with. I have already recieved two follow-up calls since buying the car 5 days ago ensuring I am happy with my purchase and everything is running well. A great experience at a great dealership!

Just bought a new 2022 Corolla from Performance Toyota in Fairfield OH. We worked with Jacob Ciulla (Sales) who was amazing to work with not pushy and worked hard for us to get the price we felt comfortable paying. Logan Buriff (manager) also was amazing to work with and helped to make things right after a not so great experience with the dealership about a month before. Sid Hussain (Finance) was super patient with us. We closed our deal when the dealership was closing and Sid (as well as the other gentlemen) stayed and patiently went over and answered our MANY questions he took his time and never made us feel like we were keeping him an hour after closing time.

Got my ‘22 Rav serviced at this dealership for the first time. Very pleasant experience. They finished early and I was on my way. I then received a call from Adam who works in the service/parts center of Kings Toyota and he went above and beyond to let me know that I had forgotten my maintenance booklet at the dealership, where I keep track of what gets done to the car. I had noticed how occupied, busy and focused he was while I was at the dealership before so I was very impressed that he took the time to look me up and get my phone number in order to let me know of my missing item. Will be coming back, and thank you Adam!

So I had a 55 dollar coupon for oil change, tire rotation - jcksn_nck

So I had a 55 dollar coupon for oil change, tire rotation and check the brakes and all the other levels, they completely destroyed one of my lug nuts and said they were swelling [really?] so in other words they did not rotate the tires because they wanted to charge 140 for lug nuts and didn't check my brakes and 55 turned into 77 without completing the inspection, I WILL NEVER take any of my vehicles to this place again, now I have to fix the lug nuts because of them tearing one up. so dissatisfied with the work done to my vehicle
