My wife and I we’re quite impressed with the Coos Bay Toyota dealer. We had Nick Hendricks as our salesman. Nick was very informative and answered all of our questions. We’re we’re offered a test drive in the vehicle we wanted and had to order one with a long lead time. Several weeks later Nick called and advised he had a similar car that had been ordered but canceled. We were impressed Nick was watching out for us. I have purchased many new vehicles and I am impressed with the sale. It was the easiest no pressure sale we had ever made. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have read a few bad reviews on the service department but I don’t think Toyota would represent a bad service of a vehicle. Thanks Nick

I had previously left a review where I was not too happy with this company. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car, but I had a lot of issues with it. I was extremely frustrated and times have been really hard and I wasn’t able to take care of the repairs. I had reached out to customer service a couple of different times with no luck but then Eli reached out to me. He was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out so I can get the repairs done on my car and keep my job. He made my entire experience 1000% better. Driveway has a much better selection than any other online dealers. And their financing company was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. But I have to say it is thanks to Eli that I will still recommend this dealership!

Dealership refuses to submit a warranty claim for manufacturer damage. I noticed that the driver side rear quarter panel is bent is a certain location so the molding doesn't sit flush up against it, I know this is minor but being under warranty I figured I may as well have it replaced since I did not cause the damage. The claim inspector said they couldn't tell if it was manufacturer damage so they wouldn't submit a claim. I tried to make a follow up appointment which they denied before telling me to try a different dealership. Honestly feels like a low effort way to get out of even trying for the claim. It's disappointing.

Service Center is excellent, friendly and do a great job. The sales staff on the other hand are terrible. Went to trade up a vehicle 4 months after we purchased and they offered us 14,000 for the car we bought from them only 4 months earlier for 22,000. Car was still in identical shape as when purchased and we were buying a 55,000 Highlander. Walked out on the "deal" and will never buy from them again.

When the battery failed in my Sienna I went to J & P's for a replacment. Not only did I get charged full price(expected) but I was charged $20 for installation. They did get my $20, but they will now never get any more of my business.
