Kenny couldn't have been more personable and friendly but at the same time he was also professional and very knowledgeable concerning many areas. He gave my teenage son many great tips which could potentially help him a lifetime! He's very excited about his new jeep and I'm also quite pleased with the purchase as I feel the price was outstanding for a great vehicle. We're so happy with Kenny that we wished we'd found him sooner for previous purchases and we'll also be visiting him in the future for our auto needs. This was the 2nd time I have bought a car here. My daughter flew in from CO just to buy a car with Les Moser. He is very knowledgeable and was very frank in his discussions with my 18 year old and her budget wants versus her budget needs for now and in the next several years. He was very patient with her and never made us feel rushed. After many different test drives, she finally got the car of her dreams. I plan to return to Toyota of Gallatin when I am ready to trade in my current vehicle, as long as I again can work with Les. I am 66 years old and have not in my 50 years of car purchasing been treated more respectfully, or more curtesy. My wife and I went to 5 dealerships and had no such treatment at the others. If their price is $500 or even $1000 more they act like you are family. WOULD you rather your family make an income or the common Joe how could care less if you eat or not.
