Im very reluctant when it comes to buying a vehicle. Ive had good and bad luck, such is life. Places with good reviews have left me unhappy, and vice versa. I got pre approved and found a rig online. Drove to Moses and met Jessiker (😊) and Patrick. I liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it, then drove it 100 miles home. Well... I filled the tank up, and went home. Went to go to the store, and had a prob with the fob. Changed the battery but it didn't solve the issue. Car had no power from the battery. Jumped it and took the cable off and it died. So less than 200 miles on it, and my new car is broken. 😒 ( This has a happy ending though. ) Jason had someone bring me a loaner, and trailered my car to the lot. (100 mile trip each way) The battery, and alternator went out. They repaired it and also looked at the brakes. They still had life, but decided to change the pads for me too. All on their dime. So... Now I have a very good opinion of Bud Clary. It was good before, cause Jess was super cool, made it easy. But they went above and beyond to make sure I have a dependable vehicle, and to make sure it was safe for my fam and I. I will be back for sure. If you are in the market, go see them. I was there yesterday and they had no problems with title and nothing wrote on it. They did this to get back at me for writing the previous review. I just want to get rid of my car i did not know they were going to be playing mental games with me. the cashier is a terrible human being.

I took my car to the Toyota of Tri-Cities having transmission issues turns out my manual transmission and clutch needed replaced at 125,000 mi. Toyota wrote up an estimate for almost $5,800.. I authorized them to replace my clutch and transmission and the finished the work fairly quickly and called me to let me know u could pick my car up. On the way home after picking up my car from toyota of tri cities I noticed right away that my windshield was so dirty that I couldn't hardly see out of it and I realize it had been sitting outside at Toyota for about 2 weeks but from my experiences with car dealerships in the past... especially after completing a repair job that was $5000+ ... they usually wash the car at minimum and most dealerships would actually detail the vehicle also. Anyhow so i get on the freeway to head home and noticed my car seemed to be riding a little strange on the freeway so I pulled off the next exit and got out and walked all the way around my car and noticed one of my front tires was extremely low.. so I drive to the nearest les schwabs and have them do a pressure check and the tech tells me the low tire was not only extremely low but completely flat.. he filled it back up with the recommended tire pressure and sent me on my way.. I would think that the service tech that pulled my car up to the front of the store where I was waiting would have noticed and maybe aired up the tire?? Maybe not? These aren't even the worst issues even.. since they replaced my clutch and transmission every component in my suspension is clunking and rattling and squeeking when I drive over uneven ground it sounds like my car is going to rattle into pieces.. it didn't do this before taking it to toyota for a new transmission. I tried calling the service department the following day and was told by the receptionist that Jay wasn't in that day.. out of fear that the vehicle wasn't safe to drive, I had my brother, who is a certified mechanic drive it and take a look at it.. he said right away before he even started it that my Steering wheel is not straight and said, "they obviously didn't do an alignment on it" and he asked me if they recommended an alignment when I picked up the car and I said no... then he asked me how it handles on the freeway and I told him it wanders and suddenly Jerks to the left every so often.. he said, "i bet it does, thats crazy they didnt align it." After he drove it around the block he said he doesnt recomment that i drive the vehicle too much or at all really.. because there is definately something wrong. After just a quick look over he sees that both of the rubber boots on both my lower ball joints are damaged and also my inner and outer tie rods are damaged on both sides and that's where all the noise is coming from.. I asked him if those parts had to be removed to replace the transmission and he said yes or they would have also had to remove the engine also to get the transmission out through the top. There were also several wire clips that werent put back that held important wire harnesses from hand or rubbing on other parts that they shouldnt be touching in which we found the spot where they should have been clipped and clipped them back up and out of harms way. He said in his opinion.. a rookie tech worked on it and wasn't careful at all when removing the suspension components and caused a lot of damage in the meantime.. I have tried to reach Jay in the service department atleast 3 other times one of which I even left a voice-mail and still have not been contacted by anyone from toyota.. it's been about 2 weeks at this pointnt since I picked the car up

On an early Tuesday morning too. Gee, what a coincidence. And all they had were more expensive models. Turned around and left immediately. Will never return. I bought somewhere else.

Searched the entire United States for one particular part. Finally found this part, and it was the last complete set in the entire United States. Toyota of Puyallup actually had it in stock to my surprise. Dealing with the parts manager exclusively from 1800 miles away, Eric made everything happen. I received my parts, nothing was damaged and everything was exactly as expected. All of this happened over the phone. The guys in the parts department were awesome, honest and very real. I am ecstatic that they were able to get me the parts that I needed. They are the kind of people that you want to do business with. All of those guys deserve a big fat raise. Working with honest people makes me want to continue doing business with them and that’s how it should be, no pressure. old-school customer service, it’s the way business should be done. Can’t complement the parts department enough. If you are a Toyota car guy, and you’re not afraid to have a conversation about parts, I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the PNW.

The service staff tapped it on and also checked and tapped the other center caps to be sure they were secure. Another example of foothills providing outstanding customer service. My wife and I contacted Five Star Toyota to see if we could lease a car for my business. I was a little nervous about going to a dealership because many of my experiences have been negative. I was pleasantly surprised. We made an appointment with Allen and when we showed up there was a car warmed up and ready to test drive within my specifications & price range. He handed us over to Tim Costner, who joined us for the test drive. He answered all our questions and gave us a few options to consider. It was at that point I was waiting for the extra charges and uncomfortable up-selling. It never happened. He was relaxed, knowledgable and fun to talk with. We finally agreed on a price and the paperwork began. Mark Schlott took over and brought us into his office and explained the lease to us, the charges and showed us where to sign the documents. He was also very pleasant to work with. We went to make the down payment and again I was waiting for hidden charges, but nope, we paid exactly what we had agreed on. WOW!
