Over the years we've been quite pleased with Smart Motors service department Service staff is courteous, professional and take good care of your vehicle when in for maintenance. Covering the seats and placing paper floor mats shows respect for maintaining your car interior (love the free car wash). We have purchased 4 vehicles, both new and used from Smart Toyota and always had positive experiences with sales, scheduling, service writers, and financial support staff. Mike in new vehicle sales actually contacted us after a year to let us know a used vehicle matching our requirements had come into the dealership. Nice follow-up, Mike. Recently purchased a 2019 Prius with Ray as our sales advisor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to ensure we got the right vehicle at the best price. Lee was very helpful and thoroughly explained additional vehicle protection options; helping us select those best suited to our needs and pocketbook. Justin in detailing also helped explore and research protection options for the Prius's interior and exterior. I am also pleased Smart Motors staff actually know how to return phone calls and reply to emails in a timely manner. A lost art in today's world. Kudos!

Early Nov. of 2022 in Appleton,, my 2002 Beetle was rear-ended by a truck and was beyond repair. She had less than 89,000 and in almost perfect condition. Thought she would out-live me!! I then found the 2018 VW Beetle on line at East Madison Toyota...OMG the Habanero orange was a wonderful color/vehicle. I have always driven a foreign car and had to have one of the LAST Beetles. At my age, I will not be shopping for another car...unless an accident. Sida Liu my sales person was friendly, patient, respectful and very professional. The person handling the finances should learn how to be more personable and smile...but over-all the situation was a TRIP and a half! A kid of the 60's !

Mike Bond was very informative and upfront. The current auto shortage makes things more difficult for consumers and salespeople, but we were treated with respect and honesty. I also appreciate that they are sticking to MSRP in a climate in which they could probably get more. I do not buy toyotas in the town that I live because of the way that I have been treated there in the past. I would make the trip to Bergstrom again for my next purchase. Ask for Mike Bond, and you will get straight answers.
