There wasn’t a time that I didn’t know where I was supposed to go or who I was supposed to talk to. I was greeted promptly outside and continued my conversation with Eugene as we walked in and he showed me where I needed to be, as I waited several associates in passing made sure to ask me if I had been helped. Attentive, clean, friendly, and so much more. 10/10 will go back and recommend!

Sorry, I don’t recommend this location or brand vehicle and its service to anyone. The service team wasn’t helpful. After making an appointment a month in advance for car inspection, oil change, wiper replace, sensor calibrate, or fixed issue then keep going off for no reason and recall. When I arrived at this location they couldn’t find my appointment. The person who helps us is named Joe Makes excuses about how I don’t have appointments, they only can do the Oil changes and tire rotation. That took them 2hr. When I have to go a few times to check on my car if it was ready and the third time they said yes, it was ready. Then another guy was being super nice and offered to take care of the rest of the service, but I was already set for 2hr so I didn’t want to wait anymore. Joe just acts like he knows everything and when I told him I have coverage for a few things he didn’t want to believe me and didn’t even look it up in the system. So I had to get my warranty paperwork out of my car and show him. They he calls my policy provider to get confirmation. When I got in my car I notice they wash my car but didn't wipe it down so left with water spots and wet outside the car.

Today we looked at a vehicle from southwest volks and the sales person was Robert , he did a great job with providing us with all information we needed. Even though we didn’t buy a vehicle from them today ( mainly because of lack of inventory which most dealers are having ), we were very happy with Robert. Also a while back we had to take our other vehicle to southwest Volkswagen to have some maintenance stuff an a recalibration done because the Volkswagen dealership in Lake Charles where we bought it couldn’t do the job right. Do not go to lake Charles Volkswagen! But the service department at southwest did a good job and we recommend this dealership!

Would give 0 stars if I could. The WORST VW dealership I have EVER been to. I have been disrespected and lied to by at least 3 different service/parts employees here. I’ve been spoken over almost every time I call, I’ve been lied to, and I’ve been blatantly ignored and had an employee there turn his back on me and walk away while I was talking. That same employee told me I should “just go home” because “he had no information” for me right then. They also keep contradicting themselves, within 5 minutes the same employee went back on what he had originally said twice. I will NEVER go here again. I’d rather drive to another state than ever work with these misogynistic, disrespectful people ever again.
