My passenger rear tire developed a leak yesterday and I was scrambling to find a tire shop that would repair it ....no luck as all were booked up in to the middle of next week. I decided to drive to VW Saco where I normally service my 2014 Touareg to see if they had any openings today.....they did not but Tyler Squeezed me in. This is what customer loyalty is all about. VW Saco came through when I needed them and I will not forget this. My car was repaired within 30 minutes and it saved my weekend. Thank you Tyler and the entire service department at VW Saco. Experiences like this will make me more likely to buy my next vehicle from VW Saco because I know that the dealership backs up the deal with after sales service that is top notch.

I had a PZEV car and Vw waranties anything with emissions. I needed an O2 sensor and a catalytic converter. They told me Vw would not cover it. I called VW Prime Saco and they said they did cover it. They are crooks and will lie right to your face. They cut corners on the oil changes too! Beware!

After being in touch with several other dealerships and finding ourselves frustrated by having to wait for a response, we called Thompson's, which is about an hour and a half from our home. Their internet salesperson answered the phone and was very helpful, being back in touch immediately, with an email detailing pricing on the car we inquired about. He followed up in a day, letting us know he had a car on the lot, so we went there for a test drive and ended up buying the car, feeling as if this was the best deal we would get on a car that had been difficult to find. He allowed us to take our time on the test drive and answered all our questions, yet we didn't feel pressured in any way. In addition, we really liked the way we didn't have to go through the gauntlet of offers on extras we weren't interested in. He also made a follow-up call to see how we liked the car. All in all, excellent customer service. We highly recommend this salesperson and dealership!
