After going to other dealerships and feeling like we were more of a nuisance than a customer, my wife and I visited VW of Rochester. Immediately, Alanah came out to meet us. Not to hard sell us but to sincerely answer our questions and get to know us. Being treated as a person, not a prospect is refreshing in the car buying world. After giving other dealerships a 2nd opportunity, we realized that a 2022 Tiguan purchased at Rochester VW was the right choice. Seamless buying experience. Fair offer on my trade. No pressure. Direct connection with my preferred lender. When it is time to replace my current sedan with a Jetta, this is where I will be going.

I recommend all my family and friends to see seacoast or a id4 and ask for Alan. he is a amazing ev specialist And sales. Joel gm is a very nice guy. They both kept me updated on my car arrive.
