The Service Department is horrible. I took my VW in to fix my door, the service agent guaranteed the part would be in in 3 days, 2 weeks later I call them. They said they'd research it and get back to me; when they called back I was told a nation-wide backlog was the cause of the part being late. I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told he was in a meeting and that he'd call me back afterwards, he never did. When I called him back the next day the service manager got nasty with me saying, if you want to cancel, you can. I told him that I didn't say anything about cancelling. I told him, just honor your commitments. It's become far too easy to say one thing and do another and that dear sir is the definition of a liar.
