With a pre owned market like we are seeing today, we were extremely skeptical about trusting anyone. We left with a confidence in our purchase that you won't be able to find anywhere else. I am satisfied and pleased that a service cost issue I had this week was solved. It took a fair amount of discussion but management did agree to a compromise that I believe was fair to them as well as to me. This doesn't always happen when there is a dispute and i respect White-Allen European Auto Group for resolving the issue.

I had a nightmare situation with Kempthorn Motors and their service department which really could of been avoided with just some basic communication from their staff. No one their seems to communicate with each other and they certainly did not communicate with me regarding my car repair. I brought my car in to have some work done under warranty which I was originally told was a vacuum leak so theyd order the parts and it should only take a few days. After about 2 weeks of hearing nothing I finally called the service department to check the status on my car. The answer I received is we are just waiting on the new engine to arrive. Apparently they decided to just replace my entire engine instead but didn't think it might be important to notify me the owner of the car that they were going to replace my entire engine. Fast forward another month forward and the new engine finally arrives they install it. I get a call asking if I was having any issues with my brakes when I brought the car in which I was not so they determined that the rotors had rusted frozen from sitting at their lot for 6 weeks waiting on the engine. They went ahead and replaced the rotors and brakes and I finally had my car back. I ran into multiple issues when finally getting my car back. The first being after driving my car for a week I went to use the emergency brake and it was completely limp and had been disconnected. Again this something that could have been solved by some simple communication. If there is an issue with the emergency brake at least contact the customer and give them the option to fix it before just disconnecting it without telling me. For one its a pretty big safety issue to just disconnect the emergency brake from someones car without telling them about. Secondly they could have just fixed it while they had my car already in there, I would have been happy to pay for it if it was not covered under the cpo warranty, but at least give me the option before disconnecting it. My check engine light also began to come on within a week of the installation of the new engine causing new issues and repairs.

Searching for a new vehicle during the shortage was a nightmare, until I called Pascal at Bill Marine. I found a car that I was interested in driving and he made the process easy and painless. I called ahead and he had the car pulled out of the showroom for me to drive and ready to go. I typically buy a new car every three years and this was one of the easiest to date. No back and forth trying to work a deal for hours. There is no doubt I will be back again for my next vehicle. Cheryl in finance was just as pleasant. I was PLEASANTLY surprised with how much I enjoyed my experience. I HAVE A “favorite” dealership that I’ve purchased 4 cars from and always go there. The ONLY reason I even came to look at Taylor Volkswagon was bc we know Kevin Modd that works in the service department. We were met in the parking lot by a VERY nice, down to earth, genuine gentleman named Kay Boakye who made our buying experience nice and EASY!!! Shawn Smith was also easy to work with and understood how to get me to agree to the deal!!! Then I was SO THRILLED to see Judy in financing!!! We have dealt with her in the past and she was just great so I was glad to work with her again!!!
