Just to follow up my yesterday's appointment to let you know that the recall service that I was scheduled to do WAS NOT done and the alignment service that was also scheduled to do made my car even worst than it was before.
I waited there for seven hours and nothing was done in my car or was poorly done.
I have been a loyal customer since 2018 and the last two times I was there the service has decreased in quality. My situation yesterday was a tremendous disrespect with a customer. The employee who assisted me yesterday was really rude and impolite. I will looking for another dealership to take my business from now on.
The employee, I believe his name was Jacob, lied to my face at the end trying to convince me that the recall was a two day job. It was NEVER brought to my attention before, it is not in the appointment email or on the text message I received confirming the appointment. In the email, it even says that the "the client will wait while the service is performed", unless someone expected me to sleep in the dealership, it was never a two day job.
So I lost trust and confidence on Fowler VW Norman and I will not go back there and I will make sure that none of my friends make the same mistake that I did.
