I recently had a problem with a system in my car and within an hour they were able to get me into the service center and was fixed in less than an hour. So thankful for the friendly staff and for going above a beyond to help me when I really needed it! Thomas and his team are amazing!

I had previously left a review where I was not too happy with this company. Don’t get me wrong, I love my car, but I had a lot of issues with it. I was extremely frustrated and times have been really hard and I wasn’t able to take care of the repairs. I had reached out to customer service a couple of different times with no luck but then Eli reached out to me. He was so empathetic and went above and beyond to help me out so I can get the repairs done on my car and keep my job. He made my entire experience 1000% better. Driveway has a much better selection than any other online dealers. And their financing company was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. But I have to say it is thanks to Eli that I will still recommend this dealership!

I drove 400 miles to Armstrong VW because they have a big selection of VW Passat TDIs in stock. I worked with Anthony and then Bill. Both showed me every car they had in stock, then patiently let me run the deliberations through my head until I chose one. Daniel in F&I did his job in trying to sell me additional products and services but was cool when I declined all of them. This is the best large city dealer I have ever worked with. Thanks to Anthony, Bill, and Daniel for a great experience.

I was looking for a vehicle a few days ago. Went to several dealerships in the area until I found Kendall Volkswagen. I knew what I wanted and the pribut ce I wanted. The salesman, Jae, came to help me figure out what it was that I was looking for. Jae is very knowledgeable about the vehicles in the lot. He knew what I wanted but instead he directed me to what I needed. The price of my new truck was reasonable, cost effective and more. The people at Kendall Volkswagen are very patient and great to work with for what you're looking for. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Thank you Jae for directing in the right direction. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a newer or brand new vehicle to check these folks out.

Wish I could leave a positive review as this is the closest dealership to my house but my experience with their service department was terrible. Took my car in for its scheduled maintenance, and the gentleman that scheduled my appointment was fantastic but that's where it ended. After spending almost $600 with them, they tried to upsell me an additional $300 in unnecessary services using scare tactics that were nothing more than lies. They claimed that injector service was required every 30k miles and that due to Oregon's "unregulated" diesel it was even more imperative to have it done. A) it is not a required service on VW factory maintenance at 30k mile intervals and B) Oregon's diesel quality is regulated. Also that tire rotation that's a part of the 50k mile service...never happened. The final straw was discovering that they had spilled AdBlue DEF fluid all over the carpet of my trunk and left it to crystallize. After 4 half hearted attempts by their "service manager" to clean it, there is still DEF in the carpet. So if you want a service department that tries to scare you into unnecessary services and will leave your car a mess, and leave you needing to spend more money elsewhere to finish the job you paid them for and clean up after them, this is your place.

This is our second car from Herzog. We've worked with Ayman on both our cars and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Ayman worked really hard to get us a great price on our Jetta and worked even harder to get it delivered. Not an easy thing to do with inventory levels being so low. A big thanks to Bill the manager who pulled strings to get us our car. Highly recommend Herzog and we will be back in the future.
