I scheduled an appointment for 8:30 AM on 10/5 and when I arrived, I was greeted with a hello, a fee and was told it will be about 2 hours. Normally, oil changes don't take two hours but I did opt for the free alignment check. After two hours of sitting in the lobby, I walked up to the service writer and inquired about the status of my vehicle and with out any eye contact, the service writer said "it's in the line". Wanting more clarification, I asked; "what does 'in the line' mean?" and she snapped her head and said, "It's in line to get done". I was taken aback at her demeanor and said "You mean to tell me that after two hours, my vehicle hasn't been touched, at all?" to which she replied, 'no, it hasn't'. I asked for my vehicle back and she replied with a simple, "ok".
I called and emailed a manager to offer my feedback and share my experience and requested a return call but never received one. After 24 hours of no response, I contacted the director, Mr. Fornshell and left him a voicemail and email requesting the same. I received a return call a couple hours later and shared with him my experience.
He listened to what I had to said all he can do is apologize.
I purchased my vehicle from this dealership in 2018 and have been a loyal customer to this location. The lack of service and poor resolution put a stop to that.
I was told the service has "gone downhill" but I certainly did not expect that. After reading the other reviews, it seems it is.
