Felix made the sales process a conversation and stuck to the initial quote with no surprises. James made financing easy, Jay made the insurance segment easy and fast, and Cam made the final paperwork and additional warranty a smooth process with low pressure. 10/10 experience. Must be the most useless unfriendly VW dealership. Service and spares dept very unknowledgeable. Could not assist me or offer help to change a cigarette lighter fuse. Neither was anyone willing to show me which fuse it is. It seems even their technicians do not know. Or were just unwilling. But I was invited to book my car in to get them to replace the fuse at a cost of 80 $. They do Volkswagen no favors in winning customers
