Chris at service was great! Efficient and respectful. Car done for routine maintenance and wheel alignment and wash done within two hours. The service technician changed the console displays without reverting to original. Chris helped me over phone to resolve that.

Very relaxing experience instead of a high pressure “car dealer” experience. We had never really considered a Volvo but we’re in the Gilbert Rd motorplex area checking out all cars and were pleasantly surprised with what we found. Chance Thomason answered all our questions honestly, and if he wasn’t sure he went and got the answer. Everyone at the dealership including the Manager Russ were very pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!

Initially there was some difficulties/confusion because my purchase was out of state. Ultimately I got the car I wanted for a good price, and difficulties were all resolved and then some by the GM, Rick Saul. Would purchase from here again, especially if I was in AZ.
